Feeling Nervous - Advice?

Previously from an IB role and am starting an associate position at a NY firm. Unfortunately for COVID, I will be working remotely for the foreseeable future.

I’ve been feeling slightly anxious mainly because a lot of being a good PE associate is stepping up, thinking outside the box, etc. and working remotely without a formal training program has made it difficult for me to know what to do, how to stand out and do a good job, and just finding ways to learn

Can any PE processionals share their experience with the learning curve and what they did to help them cope with the imposter syndrome?
