Finding time to interview/prep while in IB
Analyst in IB who recently jumped into buyside recruiting. Finding it difficult to find time to prep and to actually take interviews while working 80+ hours a week. How are people doing this? I prep on weekends when I can but it seems like between work and recruiting there is not time to do anything else. Don’t really want to tell my group I’m interviewing but I suppose they will figure it out if I’m gone for extended periods of time.
