"Fox's Dominion payout gives Staple Street Capital 1,500% return"
Didn't see many people talking about this when it happened - Dominion Voting System / Staple Street landed a $787.5mn settlement on a $38.8mn investment and is still out there trying to land more.
Know them through one of their manufacturing portcos and they're pretty well known for being "classic" bad guys in PE - aggressive cost cutting, getting in the way of management, etc. Also their associate pay is pretty low, like $105k base in NYC
Anyone have any more info on them? - curious as I have seen a lot of recruiting emails from them
Staple Street? Low pay / long hours, seniors are very aggressive personalities. Maybe good learning but given long hours and below market pay would not take this as a first choice.
Thanks, interesting there’s very little info on them anywhere
They wiped a lot of their info after the Dominion case - there's a few people working there not on their website. Also, they don't have headshots/pics of associates. They are trying to fly under the radar, I've talked to some folks there
Any more info here? What does low pay mean?
