Ignore title, am familiar with the fund through a few friends. Not 2 and out, if you look at the website, you can clearly see many Aso to VP promotes. Aso is 3 years, VP ~4 years. Comp is slightly above street, hours I'd say are reasonably bad if you're on something live, otherwise pretty chill
