FT PB vs PE IR ?

Hello monkeys!

I am facing a dilemma as I just received two FT offers:

- FT offer in a top PB (JP/GS/MS)

- FT offer as an IR in a top PE fund

I am clearly hesitating between both. Apart from comp, what would be the best career in the long-term ?

Thank you for the help
