Gauge Capital Dallas Comp

Anyone have insights on comp here? Not from Dallas (from West/East coast) but have a significant other starting a new job in the city and eyeing this firm. Haven't been able to find any info on what associate comp is like in Dallas so info greatly appreciated, thanks!

Thanks for the heads up, unfortunately have heard this too. The biggest con to me is that it seems to be a 2 and out program

I don’t think it’s two and out; I see multiple senior associates there.

Great info. Do you have insight into the comp of any of the other Dallas shops?

Have heard the same. One of the sweatiest alumni from my undergrad went there after his years in IB.

Commenting to keep this thread alive, hoping to get more information on Dallas firms as well. Do you have info on comp / culture of any of the other Dallas funds + where all are you looking at?
