Getting a better view of day-to-day of A1-A2 - transaction docs
In mid-cap/ large-cap PE funds where there are separate teams for acquisitions and asset management, I'm guessing only the analysts within acquisitions would work on SHAs and SPAs? Is there any work that AM analysts would do on these? How exactly are analysts involved with drafting the 2 agreements? Do VPs only leave comments on these or are they more involved typically?
