Going beyond "hardworking" to be really good at one's job

Hi guys:

Currently an experienced associate (~2 years) - most of the feedback I get command me on how hardworking I am - as I progress, I would like to go beyond just "hardworking" to being recognized as "good at my job". How can one do that? How does that process happen / how do you navigate it? Thanks!
