my friend dont got wso lol, he just worked his way to finance after 1 year of undergrad, gradding in 28 and goes to wharton but recruited for their SA... so idk what else to say

Long story short, solid firm if you're in Philly, decent culture, lower comp compared to big cities.
Best seat in Philly comp-wise when you consider carry to everyone associate and up… and will have 4 top decile funds in a row then double fund size for Graham VII (more pay, more carry, etc. but definitely a sweat shop that you’ll lose your soul at
