Anyone hear about interviews yet?
Would not recommend. Have a friend there and culture’s quite toxic - senior IPs can be quite condescending and demanding. they’ve also gotten almost no deals done since they raised their last fund.
Which team? Or is this across all teams?
all, some worse than others. all of the groups only have a couple of MDs each, and mgmt style is top-down mgmt style so VPs face pressure to source and run deals to the ground, which falls down to the associates. juniors don't really have the opportunity to vocalize opinions / foster collaboration without fear of retribution.
