Growth / PE / VC Associate Carry comp
Hi all,
Haven't seen much discussion on this here, but does anyone have a sense for what carry / phantom carry comp looks like at growth / PE / VC funds at the associate level? It seems like not many funds offer a program to Associates but would be curious how much it is for funds that do.
