GS PIA analyst
I'm curious as to what hours are like for analysts in the merchant banking/PIA: closer to IBD or Research? And how much traveling, if at all?

I like to bump this thread. Does anybody have an idea about hours in BB MB divisions such as GS CP? On an analyst level, are they comparable to IBD M&A - same/less/more? Thanks for sharing.
I've got a friend who is a GS PIA guy. We've never spoken about his hours, but he seems to have better hours than I-Bankers.
are they paid on the same level as megafunds? i heard they are spinning off the division in a couple of years
