Can anybody add color on GTCR culture, associate exposure as an associate, and recruiting process? What kind of profile do the look for? And, how hard is it to recruit for them if based out of the west coast.

Heard the culture is an absolute nightmare. Can’t add detail, never worked there. Only mention was political as hell

Any details on why? Have heard that Financials are brutal but would love to get more insight
used to be on an associate board with some of these kids. we’d be on zoom and they were in the office in with suit jackets hung up behind them at 9pm during covid. they and the kids at MDP looked like they were ghosts.
