GTCR NYC?

Expect it’ll be significantly smaller than Chicago office and don’t believe that they’re recruiting associates for nyc office without prior experience (new hires need to do 1+ years in Chicago). Generally better to be where the decision makers sit in any job (ie chicago in this case). That said it’s a solid fund that’s growing quickly

have worked with GTCR - they seem like a great team. Who are the headhunters for them? I saw in a different post that DSP was one of them but wondering if they use multiple firms.

Anyone have color on the new Capital Solutions group, including they are recruiting for associates?

I know they're being led by a former Silver Point MD and are in the process of raising their first fund with a $1.5bn target but don't know much else.
