Haven’t Started PE Recruiting Yet
I'm a first year analyst a few months in the desk. Feeling pretty behind for PE recruiting as I haven't spoken to headhunters yet because I haven't had time to prepare those conversations. Have I fallen too far behind my peers in terms of the recruiting process? Any advice for navigating these next few weeks to be most efficient? Feeling a lot of stress around this whole process because I'm getting crushed on the desk and having a hard time preparing. Are there still lots of opportunities coming in 2023 or are the best spots already taken?
