Headhunter Interview Situation Advice Requested

I told a headhunter on the phone I was interested in one of the mandates she suggested. She sent my resume and they want to interview, and upon doing DD I realize I had funds mixed up in my mind.

I have no intention of interviewing with this firm. Should I take the first call and say it wasn't a good fit, or should I just back out now.

Never worked with this recruiter before. The other mandate she's considering me for actually is interesting so I'd like to not shoot myself in the foot before I hear back on the other one. Advice appreciated.
