Headhunter Profile

Hey all,

Was wondering if you are automatically considered for on-cycle if you fill out the candidate information sheet for headhunters like Amity, Oxbridge etc. I've been asked to set up profiles with HHs, but I have not fully committed to on-cycle yet. Have also spoken with HR at different funds and they have encouraged me to set up profiles with these HH as well.

I guess my question is: is it safe to fill out these forms? Or will I be expected to meet with headhunters if I do this?

Although I've been preparing, on-cycle is definitely a gametime decision for me and I do not want to jump into the process if I don't feel ready.

Thanks, and appreciate any input here.
