Confused IB analyst about to enter on-cycle here
Have all the headhunters scheduled their meetings? If one has not reached out, does that mean im essentially "cut" already or just lower priority? Curious if people at the top firms have scheduled meetings with all the headhunters or if some have yet to reach out.

Heard on-cycle recruiting with PE firms should kick off after Labor Day
Did you just join? Know 10+ HHs reached out to 2nd years for intro meetings, not sure if they have for 1st years yet.
Also curious. Currently a second year and several head hunters have reached out but only 2 have scheduled meetings.
Has anyone heard from CPI to set up a meeting? They only sent me the registration link.
Scheduled meeting at the end of the registration process. Availability/scheduling was through the platform
Which headhunter was this? CPI, DSP, Amity and Bellcast did not have that option
This was for CPI, but there weren’t many time slots left when I booked. Maybe they paused online scheduling to deal w/ backlog
