They typically don't use headhunters. But do NOT go into to corp dev. Horrible $/hour and tiny market.
Can you elaborate on this? Is this across all firms or just FANG
corp dev can be 70+ hrs in big tech (even non faang) but it pays better than non-tech corp dev.
Theres a lot of shit within the "corp dev" bucket, but you will come across some goldmine offers. My friend is in strategy at a really high growth PE backed company and he makes a tiny bit over $300k, with 9-7pm being the hours. He only has 2 years YOE (1 year IB 1 year PE)
