HIG does most of their stuff internally, but some recruiters get access on a non-exclusive basis. SunCap used OxBridge Trivest didn't use a headhunter last time ComVest had Mercury and SearchOne, along with a few others for both their Debt and Equity Funds.
All of the funds have wrapped up recruiting for 2014, with maybe HIG/Bayside going out for one more and ComVest's Debt fund has already completed SDs with top candidates.
