Starting as an associate within the healthcare group at a BB. I am 28, pre-MBA and have the goal of transitioning to PE after a few years. I heard that it is common for analysts to make this transition but havent gotten much color on if this happens at the asscociate level. Any thoughts on how to best set myself up and if going to get my MBA is required?
