Henkel Search Partners Email (Current Senior CO 2024)

Senior in college (class of 2024), but got an email from Henkel Search Partners asking me to fill out a form. Did anyone else receive this? Will on cycle start during senior year?

Well, based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems that private equity recruiting is getting earlier each year. It's not unheard of for investment bankers to be recruited just weeks into their jobs. So, it's possible that you're seeing the start of this trend extending to senior college students.

As for Henkel Search Partners reaching out to you, they are a well-known headhunter in the industry. They have a history of placing Pre-MBA Associates and have a deep dive approach into deals.

However, I would advise you to be cautious and do your due diligence before proceeding. Make sure to research the firm and the opportunity thoroughly. It's also a good idea to reach out to your network and see if anyone else has received a similar email.

Remember, the early bird gets the worm, but it's always important to know what you're getting into. Good luck!
