H&F interview tips 2025
Hi everyone, first post on the forum here and would love to see if people have any information/ tips for the interview process for Hellman & Friedman :)
I'm heading to the in-person case study round, and from what I know it would be ~3hr with VDD/CIM. The headhunter said it will be more commercially focused but I'm not sure what it means exactly - has anyone had experience with H&F's process before? Would appreciate insights on how the case study might be different from typical LBO and appreciate any tips on how to do the preps!!
