H&F interview tips 2025
Hi everyone, first post on the forum here and would love to see if people have any information/ tips for the interview process for Hellman & Friedman :)
I'm heading to the in-person case study round, and from what I know it would be ~3hr with VDD/CIM. The headhunter said it will be more commercially focused but I'm not sure what it means exactly - has anyone had experience with H&F's process before? Would appreciate insights on how the case study might be different from typical LBO and appreciate any tips on how to do the preps!!

Ask them how they plan to monetize their portfolio of admittedly strong but way too big and steady Eddie growth assets in any meaningful timeframe
