Nervous for what? Sounds like you have an offer...but if you do, why would you ask about comp?

What the hell, is this accurate? I was an associate at HIG and first year comp was below 250k (before the increase this past year) and was a mix of cash and deferred loan for coinvest (forgiven if you stay for your 2 years).

HIG did not offer leverage for their coinvest program unless this was a recent change this year. We went to other banks to secure financing but it wasn’t actually through HIG.

They have different funds. What fund were you in?
