HL analyst program
Anyone have info on the Hamilton Lane analyst program? After interning in IB, I don't think that's a path I want to pursue and looking for other avenues out of school. Just to be clear, primarily curious about recruiting for their Direct Equity/Credit investing teams, not fund investing, as I have heard (and seen from Linkedin) that they send analysts and associates to reputable GPs and credit shops. Also, I've heard the pay isn't bad and the work-life balance in considerably better than IB. Any help would be appreciated.
