How Am I Supposed to Find Time to Lateral While Working 80 Hours
Most headhunters seems like they only work 9-5 and most interviews past the phone screen take an hour + and occur during normal working hours. Sure I can fake a sick day here and there but you run out of excuses fast. Unfortunately I'm in office 5 days a week. Is there any way around this?
