Incoming @ GS TMT / MS M&A / EVR M&A from east coast semi-target and starting to get some extremely basic HH outreach. I have NO IDEA what I genuinely want to do after banking. For those that recruited on-cycle or even at all, how tf did you actually figure out what you wanted to do after banking before you even started banking? Is it bad to get on the phone w HH without knowing what you want to do?
