How do you keep track of companies of interest that are currently off market?
(not some CS nerd trying to build a start-up, just curious from an investor/EtA perspective)
From MF to EtA, how do you keep track of companies you are interested in if they aren't currently in the market? Assume most places use a CRM, any recommendations?
Appreciate this is more relevant for ppl considering EtA.
I start modelling structures never to be used, in-order to develop self bias of my abilities, resulting in a new a startup before getting completing any work.
