How does recruiting into SWFs look like (PIF, ADIA, Mubadala etc)

Hey guys

Anyone has a view how does recruitment into MENA sovereign wealth funds look like? I mean senior associate / VP level post banking (6-8 yoe)

Stages of recruitment, what test providers do they use (I assume they do numerical testing), how does interviews look like? Is it very technical? What to expect in terms of accounting / modelling questions?

I especially inquire about PIF in Saudi Arabia (prob the worst place to live, but my gf might need move there for work), but other places in general too.

Also, any insights on comp, lifestyle, benefits, hours would be highly appreciated. thanks!
