HerSerendipityPretty much every junior VP/senior associate I know makes at least 500k every year (unless you really messed a deal).
Wow, that's pretty impressive. A Senior Associate is a post MBA associate? Or the next promotion after that? At what level does comp generally plateau for most people? 1MM?
