It's been awhile, but last time I checked, there were 3,274 people working in private equity who make more than $500,000 per year. This equates to 23% of all professionals in private equity. Hope this helps!

Pretty much every junior VP/senior associate I know makes at least 500k every year (unless you really messed a deal).
