The headhunter swears it has and is changing. What type of questions do I ask the Managing Partner to uncover the truth about company culture?

just ask how he would define the firm's culture and how recent events (if any) have shaped it, and what is different to other's PE culture
keep the question open, and certainlty do not mentioned: "i have heard some pretty bad stuff about your firm....". dont expect nothing more than a positive answer, but maybe you can read between the lines.
Get the offer and then ask the Associates, not the MD.
