Hi, I'm a non-traditional candidate practicing various LBOs in preparation for my PE interviews. My question is -- if a case gives me financial statements of the target on a quarter by quarter basis, how am I expected to build the LBO -- on a quarter by quarter basis or a yearly basis?
Any resources / LBO templates / examples that show how to do this would be super appreciated. Thanks!
