How to get through a tough banking stint

Lucky enough to sign an on cycle offer at a strong fund I’m really excited about joining… in 2027. Am in a toxic and sweaty banking group where there’s a cohort of associates i keep getting staffed under that are verbally abusive. Dont mind the hours that much and am getting great performance reviews but every little mistake is cause for a freak out by them which sucks. Any tips on how to get through the next 1.5 yrs?
