I need guidance on which unis to apply in US or Canada and want to get into IB or PE
I have a low gpa but i will resit hopefully get it to 3.5+ and 1350 SAT and i have a budget of 45K/Y I really need guidance in the USA and Canada on what to apply. I have looking into UIUC and University of illinois and Virginia. I have an external councellor and she selected SUNY and stony brook and Ryerson in toronto, but these have no rep in IB. Any guidance would be amazing.
