IB to Secondaries?

Current incoming SA in IB interested in secondaries as a potential option later in my career. What is the easiest/most common path to break into secondaries at a reputable fund (ardian, blackstone SP, etc)? Do most people come from PCM and PCA groups, from MM PE, or from other private market strategies like co-invest, primaries, and direct investments? Was also wondering if it is common to see people jump to secondaries after 2 years as an analyst in an industry/coverage group.
