Infrastructure PE - Risk Mitigation Strategies
Hey all,
As someone who's only had experience with corporate PE, I'm trying to understand which strategies are used to mitigate risk in Infra PE transactions, especially after a transaction has closed e.g. are earnouts/milestones used, do previous owners get asked to keep a certain equity interest, does current management have to stay on, etc.
