Insight for Oaktree Senior Loans Group?

Mainly looking for comments regarding culture, comp at the associate level, and what the recruiting process looks like (post headhunter).

Some basic info I’ve gathered is it’s about $7bn and under their performing credit arm. I’ve been told it’s a “tight knit, balanced” environment and focuses on hiring good people that fit.
