Intel on QXO / Jacobs Private Equity - Analyst, Office of the CEO?

Just applied for the "Analyst, Office of the CEO" role at Jacobs Private Equity / QXO in Greenwich.

The JD is pretty unique: directly supporting a billionaire founder, 90+ WPM typing requirement, a mandatory 4-year commitment, and claims >$1M expected comp (cash + equity) over 4 years.

Has anyone gone through the interview process or have any insight into the culture and the legitimacy of that comp structure? Any intel is appreciated.
