Currently at an EB and prepping for Class of 21 on-cycle recruiting. The firm doesn't sponsor prior to start date so I'm still on OPT (STEM with 33 months left). Wanted to see if any international has successfully interviewed on-cycle while on OPT. I'd imagine the optionality might be extremely limited (maybe none) but would appreciate any insights from people who have gone through the process.

yes they asked. same process as everyone else except that some HHs wouldnt talk to me - jokes on them though
