Internship at Abraaj Group in Dubai
I've seen a few posts on PE in the middle east and Abraaj in particular. I secured an internship at the Abraaj Group for this summer in Dubai so I created this forum to help put some things in perspective. I'm currently a junior studying in the US. Ask me anything!

yes! but it looks like we have to send a cover letter in the email and attach your resume. that's plain and simple. one must be tip-top with the words that way.

Assuming the internship went well, you could land a spot in their two year analyst program. Comp and deal flow are supposed to be great, and you'll have exposure across industries and different emerging markets - ideal for anyone even remotely considering setting up their own PE shop in the long run. I currently live in the Emirates, and it's really much more relaxed than what people seem to think. Seems like a fantastic opportunity to me!
Do they recruit at the associate level for someone who’s done 2-3 years in MBB? Does anyone know?
