In the last 2 years that I have spent in PE I have come across a lot of funds that don't actually ask for the 2/20 fee structure. It might be because me and most of my friends are in RE/Infra funds, but curious to hear more opinions on whether the 2/20 structure is outdated

Have talked to friends at IR at different MF and ballpark it looks like 1.5-1.75 / 17-20.
However, for very strong funds in the MM/UMM certainly 2/20 is relatively common
