Is A Rejection Forever?
Say you interview at one fund for an Associate role. If a couple years later you are looking for more senior level opportunities, will you be excluded from the pool of candidates for that fund you previously interviewed at because you were rejected at the Associate level?
No, I know ppl who got rejected for eg summer internships and then got full time offer. Even got interviewed by same people.
