Is ghosting by headhunter a rejection?
Hi, last week I had an intro call with a headhunter for a position in a MF. He told me it will take 1-2 days for him to get feedback from the fund for my cv. It has been a week now, is this a rejection? Should I follow up or be more patient?
Appropriate to follow up. No news is generally bad news in recruiting but worth a follow up and not enough time has passed such that you should assume the worst just yet.
