Incoming FT at a LBB IB with good deal flow and want to work long term in LMM/MM PE and curious how realistic my chances are to break in. Seems like lots of people in the PE space even on the smaller end still come from much higher quality banks compared to my LMM one.
Any advice on navigating such an uphill battle?
