Is MF PE or MF HF more prestigious?
Hi all, is MF PE (BX, KKR, Apollo) or MF HF (Tiger, Bridgewater, Renaissance) more prestigious and respected among IPs? Please give me a legit answer
There's no such thing as a MF HF firstly. Secondly it depends. Aside from being the founder of any elite firm, RenTech is honestly the most impressive job one could have on wall street.
HFs and PE are two different animals. It's like asking which is more prestigious playing for the Lakers or playing for the Yankees. Those are two different sports and you wouldn't ask sports fans which is more prestigious because that doesn't make sense.
Being the best in your respective field is what matters at the end of the day
Can you provide some insight on which one requires more raw intellectual horsepower?
