Everyone knows how hard PE recruiting is and have always said that only the top percentile would actually make into PE straight out of undergrad. Curious to here from success stories and any tips that would be helpful!

Undergrad to a firm like KKR might be borderline impossible, but there are certainly many lower-middle-market PE firms that hire young people if you can make the right connections and have some solid internship experience.
