Is this MM PE offer market?
2nd year analyst. Received offer from a 1-3bn latest fund with target TC of ~$250k in NY/SF. This would be a $100k paycut from going A2A, so curious if this is comparable with how folks at similar sized funds are being paid.

Small caveat they average comp across years of associate experience so this is median for an A2 v A1
If closer to $1B its light but not awful. $3-5B funds should be at least $300k all in so if it’s in the upper range of $1-3 you’re getting screwed
