In this environment (post 2021), first year base salaries have adjusted up to 100k-120k (+/- 10k). If you’re in a HCOL and large firm, this extends up to 130k. If LCOL and smaller firm, maybe down to 85-90k.
I’d say all in, you should expect to clear 150k-175k depending on your firm. Note that some firms will be above/below this, but this should provide some context from a person who did a PE Analyst program and should’ve negotiated higher.

How do you exactly negotiate when salaries are standardized at any BB/EB/MF PE Analyst program?
Or is your PE analyst program not a super structured one? In which case I can see negotiation certainly being possible
