Bonuses this year were great it seems across the board, curious if given how banking salaries for juniors are now 175-200 for first year associates, can funds really get away with paying 125?
They do tend to have bigger Bonuses, but should people be expecting at mega funds to get a bit of a bigger base than that? Curious if being greedy or not
