KKR, Goodpack flop?

Saw an article that said in 2014 they acquired for $985m in 2014, and today, 11 years later they are trying to flog for $1.5bn.

Isn’t this like a 4/5% IRR?

Let me know if I’ve got the wrong end of the stick.

Edit: just saw another article that said they were trying to sell it mid last year for $1.8bn. Damn.

They could have been pulling money out the entire time through dividend recaps for all we know. There's more ways to make money than just the exit valuation.
